Congratulations to our teams and especially our IMPACT COACHES as we cruise into 2009 with 10 years behind us! 

We are extremely proud of the technical education and trademark positive mentoring that our Coaches provide year after year! Instead of focusing on winning at Club Impact, we focus on building leaders one at a time, and combine leadership along with discipline for combination whereby all win.

Entry into Club Impact is gained through selected Coaches that serve as Positive role models through our Positive Coaching philosophy, with specific emphasis on building tomorrow's leaders, not building a sports dynasty.

Our Coaches have been Selected based upon their Character, Capabilities, and Actions throughout their respective community and new Coach additions may take up to 2 years. Every Club Impact team is bound by local association guidelines regarding their assembly structure.
